Rooting Hormone Powder – Application Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cutting Begin with a healthy plant cutting. Ensure a clean, fresh cut and remove any leaves from the lower portion of the stem.
Step 2: Dispense the Hormone Transfer a small amount of rooting hormone powder into a clean, separate container. Avoid dipping cuttings directly into the original container to prevent contamination.
Step 3: Apply the Hormone Insert the lower 1 inch of the stem into the powder, coating the area where root development is desired.
Step 4: Plant the Cutting Place the treated cutting into a pot filled with a moist, well-draining planting medium.
Step 5: Maintain Humidity Cover the pot with a transparent plastic bag to create a greenhouse effect. Position the pot in a location with bright, indirect sunlight.
Step 6: Monitor Progress Keep the soil consistently moist. Observe for new leaf growth, which indicates successful root formation. Once new leaves emerge, remove the plastic covering.
Step 7: Transition to Regular Care After root establishment, begin caring for the plant as you would a mature specimen.
